The Facilitators’ Nexus or TFN is our newest kid on the block. It started in 2020, when the SYC team had to engage in out-of-the-box thinking to come up with creative programming for youth amidst the Circuit Breaker. TFN equips budding facilitators with basic facilitation skills. We hope to build a community or nexus of facilitators, who can serve as skilled facilitators at community engagements and other events.
